Sympathetic Vibratory Physics

"Latent force is accumulated and held in interstitial space by corpuscular aggregation, otherwise the progressive disintegration of water could not induce increased volume and pressure.

The latent force liberated from liquids and gases differs from that liberated from metals in that it is elastic, giving an infinite variety of pressure, whereas in the metals, vibration simply extends the range of neutral sympathetic attraction without corpuscular rupture as it reaches out for concordance in the sympathizer.

This sympathetic latent power is held by the incalculable velocity of the molecular etheric capsule and the atomic etheric capsule, which rotate at billions of times per second, in interstitial corpuscular aggregation.

Imagine a magnified molecule twelve inches in diameter, having an atmospheric envelope 1/16th in. thick, rotating at the same relative velocity as the etheric envelope of the actual molecule. The very lowest estimate of its velocity is 600,000 miles per second which would be impenetrable to a steel pointed projectile moving with the greatest velocity we can give to it. A rotating envelope such as this would hermetically enclose an internal pressure of several thousands of pounds per square inch, especially when we consider that the ether, unlike the atmospheric film which has inertia and consequently centrifugal force, has centripetal force or neutral attraction in direct proportion to its velocity. This is the explanation of the wonderful pressures evolved by aqueous disintegration, which have been measured on a lever specially built for this purpose, strong enough to stand three times the explosive power of gunpowder. The evolution of power from the latent condition in interstitial space by the proper exciters in all its multiplicity of forms proves the "connecting link" between the celestial and terrestrial, the infinite and the finite. The absence of latent energy in matter would make life an impossibility.

There are actually two kinds of EM energy: (1) externalized EM energy, or EM energy in translation (perceptable) , and (2) internalized EM energy, or EM energy trapped with a medium and externally translating, in other words 'held latent' (not perceptable). [see Latent Force in Interstitial Spaces] Note that the trapped internal EM energy is quite dynamic, and continually acting on the local medium. Note also another marvelous thing which orthodox physics has completely missed: Trapped internal EM energy is essentially perpetual; it may be regarded as continually doing internal "work" on the medium, but since it is not translatable externally, it cannot dissipate. This is because "trapped" means that the energy is in its own "closed system"; therefore the energy of that closed self-system is conserved (perpetual) until something breaks (opens) up the closed self-system. It is energy that is completely dynamic, but localized. This is a new and more rigorous interpretation of potential energy. Potential energy is simply localized energy that is not translating externally, hence is never dissipate as external work. It is continually and completely doing internal work.

Note: In other words, the "trapped" energy is held in an undifferentiated centralized or focalized combination where none of the aliquot or constituent components are perceptable. The component forces are acting sympathetically together as One force. The release of these occulted or unseen forces is done by differentiating them, one from the other (out of harmonic balance). A good example of this is natural sun light, which cannot be seen until it is differentiated via molecular modulation into its component colors as in a rainbow.

What we are saying is that the very concept of enery is simply that of continual expenditure of work completely locally and internally focalized - on and in the medium - without external translation through the medium. That can be taken as the definition of a medium: an entity or regime where this holds. Hence the difference between energy and work is simply only external translation. That is, with zero external translation, there is zero external scattering because no distance is involved - and work has been equated to the external scattering of EM energy in multiple directions over specific distances. We accent the latter statement: the present concept of physical work a priori assumes simultaneous external translation of EM energy (trapped work (latent enery) into multiple directions at once - i.e., it assumes scattering. Note: The situation is clarified if we realize that we can consider any particular thing as simply a collection of even finer things as component or aliquot parts. Applying this principle, the energy of one object becomes the local collection of the energies of many finer objects. The energy of one finite region of spacetime becomes a collection of the energies of even finer regions of spacetime, where these finer regions are all part of the larger collective region. When energy does not externally translate or become externally manifest, it does not matter whether or not it is thought of as "energy" in the rather mystical orthodox sense of "the capacity to do external work", or if it is thought of as "continually ocurring internal work without external translation" - which latter, of course, just simply means without doing external work.

The result of all that laborious reasoning is this: energy may be regarded as internalized - harmonic or centralized - work. Work may be regarded as externalized and scattered energy - enharmonic or radiative. Presently, internalized work is sometimes referred to as virtual work. i.e., work is being done, but not in external translation radiant or outward.

One additional factor must be noted: Since the energy of an object is actually a localized - focalized, centralized - collection of the energies of many smaller subthings - components or aliquot parts - of the object, then those subthings may be externally translated liberated in two fashions: (1) they can be translated liberated in multiple directions, out of the region, in which case their energies now are not integrated. In other words, the "energies" of the sub-objects now react individually with the observer/detector/instrument. We may say that the "energy of the original region" - which was an integral of all the sub-energies - has now been disintegrated dissociated or liberated. In physics, the notion of this disintegration of internalized energy by external scattering is known as the production of heat via modulation/demodulation. The concept of heat applies to the degree of external scattering and hence disintegration of internalized energy. Things which can be lined up and integrated are things that are ordered. Thus the scattering of internalized energy (the scattering of order) is disordering of energy.
