Keely
"Disturbance of equilibrium" (entropy) and "sympathetic equation" (syntropy) are the dual powers by means of which all forms of motion and of terrestrial life are governed. These two dual forces are in turn moved and regulated by electricity and magnetism." [Sympathetic Stream]
"All motion is oscillatory, swinging in sequence between two apparently opposing forces, gravitation and repulsion, which are respectively electric and magnetic.
"This oscillatory motion is a pulsating in-breathing and out-breathing, an inhalation and an exhalation, which is a characteristic of all matter, whether it be in units, or systems of units, or mass.
"These two apparently opposite forces are the father-mother forces of Mind, which, added together, make but the One force." [Russell, The Universal One, Book 01 - Chapter 02 - The Life Principle]
"Electricity is forever winding light up into hot spheres, surrounded by cold cube wave fields of Space, and likewise sequentially unwinding them for rewinding. While winding them into compressed light masses, they are simultaneously unwinding to a lesser extent. Conversely, while unwinding they are simultaneously rewinding to a lesser extent." [Russell, The Secret of Light]
First, matter is not solid. Secondly, matter is motion. Motion of what? Of the One Polar Force acting as two opposites with and against (antagonism) each other activating their sympathetic and coincident media(1). They are reciprocally and proportionally equal in number, velocity and density. Vary either term or variable and the whole One Polar Force varies similarly. If a predominance be given to either pole (current) the other reacts reciprocally. Which is to say these two forces oscillate, vibrate or pulsate about, to and from, their mutual center (of balance) and each other. Discrete centralizations have discrete vibratory chordal patterns (spectra) that according to what we know about the Bjerknes Effect and Keely's Law of Attraction and Law of Repulsion will remain discrete unless and until certain harmonic relations occur which will be seen as "attraction" and mutual assimilation (syntropy), to whatever degree of harmony is present, will occur.
(1) According to Keely there is no limit, as far as he could tell, to divisibility of matter.

Russell
"Matter is motion. The anti-matter, which now engages the serious attention of science, is stillness." [Atomic Suicide, page 81]
Motion Creating Form or Matter (Syntropy, Assimilation, Polar)
"All effects of motion which cause the appearance of these elements is that which is herein termed "motion-in-opposition". [Russell, The Universal One]
Motion Decreating Form or Matter (Entropy, Dispersion, Depolar)
"Motion-in-inertia is that state of pressure equilibrium which lies between any two masses.
"The inertial line, or plane is that dividing line, or plane, toward which all masses discharge their potential.
"It is the line, or plane, of lowest potential of two opposing areas of potential, where opposing pressures neutralize. This is the plane of minimum pressure of two opposing areas.
"The master tones which represent a state of motion-in-inertia and are the inert gases, bear the same relationship to the elements that white bears to the colors. They are a registration of them all. White is not included in the spectrum, it has no place there. The inert gases should not be included in the elements. They have no place there. Of this more shall be written later in its proper place." [Russell, The Universal One, Book 01 - Chapter 02 - The Life Principle]
DIMENSION CHART No. 7. STABILITY IS THE INACTIVITY OF A STATE OF EQUILIBRIUM. MOTION IS ACTIVE AND OPPOSED TO EQUILIBRIUM. ALL MOTION IS RELATIVELY UNSTABLE. STABILITY OF MATTER IN MOTION MAY ONLY BE SIMULATED BY THE UNION OF EXACTLY EQUAL AND OPPOSITE PLUS AND MINUS DIMENSIONS. [Energy Displacement]
