The Minus or Negative side of the Scale of Locked Potentials has the major feature or attribute of dissipating or dissociation (entropy) from a center; i.e. magnetic dispersion. This is Keely's ENHARMONIC or SIXTHS side of the equation and portion of the whole. These seemingly opposite features or attributes have been paired in groupings in many of Russell's charts. There appears, at first glance, to be a contradiction between Russell's Scale of Locked Potentials and Keely's notion of Thirds, Sixths and Ninths. There is not a confusion as Keely's Thirds, Sixths and Ninths are the three states or conditions of force and energy while Russell's Scale of Locked Potentials is a scale of measurement or degree of those forces and energies.
